Bespoke Designs for Sustainable Systems

At Snug we understand the importance of our environment. At its fundamental core, underfloor heating is more eco-friendly than central heating systems due to its increased efficiency and decreased fossil fuel consumption.

We plan out exactly where the Groove boards go and in what order, so you don’t have to plan the design out yourself. We supply the exact amount of boards, with a small percentage of excess for offcuts.

This reduces leftover site wastage, returning excess to the wholesaler or a trip to the already overfilling landfills. In addition, our designs save you time and money on palette charges for the additional products not used, so you don’t have to worry about breaking the bank to be sustainable.

Our efforts don’t stop there, our Snug Low-Profile Groove Boards retain heat as they are a thermal mass. This increases the systems overall efficiency; helping the floor stay warmer for longer at a reduced energy consumption rate.

They’re also made with recycled paper and gypsum, making them highly durable as wells as eco-friendly and sustainable. On top of this, any waste generated from the manufacturing process of creating our groove boards is again recycled to create more groove boards.
